As the editor is a small farmer and is involved in research projects in organic farming, he is well aware of the purity of varieties, soil conditions, nature, environment, wildlife and processing. The book describes experiences and knowledge in dealing with natural essences that are extracted from plants or parts of plants. These are grown in a natural environment, harvested at the right time and processed carefully and with great experience. During and after the final bottling, batches are randomly tested and documented, and only if the bottles contain unadulterated natural essences after bottling do the reports of experience and knowledge match those in the book.
